89. 33 words about rebellion and/ or revolt

"You can't make me!"  He slams the door behind him.  Gone for 10 minutes, seems like eternity.

"I'm sorry, Mom."  Big words for an 8-year-old.  I brace myself for the teenage years ahead.

  1. Just wait. And yes, those words (I'm sorry) are hard for an 8 yo to choke out and some adults as well. I'm used to them.

  2. Most apologies around here are forced. :-)

  3. You reminded me that it is a big deal for an 8 yo to say that. But take heart, the teenagers say it too...sometimes. Nice take on rebellion

  7. Clever...as always. Sorry is a big word for all people that have to say it. As for teens, the road does occasionally get a little bumpy, I think. (that was my experience, anyway) But it was so worth the trip.
